Return and Exchange policy

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products only.

To request an exchange:
1. Record an unboxing video  
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery  
3. We will arrange a replacement for eligible cases  

We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered  
- Color variation due to lighting  
- Products used or without unboxing video
